How is this even allowed on this marketplace, is that what cgtrader is about? Selling cr4p no matter what? Desgusting attitude towards copyright infringement!

Both are different models to some extent they resemble , but this is a complete low poly different model , I googled the photographs for references and made the main cockpit area like his model , the rest is different it is totally fine if you think it is stolen , I don't blame you. cheers :))
