The wide, rectangular plaque features side flanges. The background surface is adorned with river leaf patterns and stippling. At the top, two smaller figures flank a central, stylized human face with prominent features. This central figure wears a hat with circular decorations and has long, textured hair flowing down. It holds a square object in one hand. There is one nail hole at the top and three holes at the bottom. The main depiction is a high-ranking warrior. This figure wears a tall helmet with a stiff front panel, horsehair behind and at the sides, and a feather on the left side. The figure is also clad in leopard-faced body armor with pendant strips, a leopard's tooth necklace, a quadrangular bell, bracelets, and a wrap-around knee-length skirt.
