Bloody hell this file is a mess... It is a lot for the money, but organizing textures, fbx and so on is going to be a pain... Update: Ok after about 2 hours, I realized it would take me longer to organize this and extract the alphas for rendering in Iray that modeling and doing it myself, besides the Uvs the textures files, nothing fits ... I want my money back

1. for the textures, you can find it in blender zip, because blender is my main software. 2. if you use iray/vray or other software, yap you need to setup your material. but my mesh/material/texture have logical name. 3. for transparency i use RGBA texture, so you can set up transparency from alpha channel. 4. if your UV is not fit, i think your setup material is wrong. ie: you use Fantasy_Mushroom_Tree_2(texture) on Fantasy_Mushroom_Tree_1(material).
