Not Recommended
Imported them into unity and they are not game Ready at all, it took me about 2 hours to get them like the picture, Do not get me wrong they are nice trees but come on man if a guy bought these without having a clue how unity works he would be completely screwed. Overall decent asset but took me alot of time, My trees now have a shader that uses cull off because otherwise u can not even see the leaves when u stand underneath the tree, i had to also eddit the textures myself and make them transparent. Get a grip man
