/3D Fire/ is a 400 Frames long animation of a fireplace and is great to use in various of your projects. The file contains 400 VDBs files, that can be used as an Animation and also as individually Parts. The VDB files are easy to import into most modern 3D-Software.
The Render Set is in .obj and .fdx and the Fire in .VDB This Model also disn't incluod any shaders and cotains only VDB files.

The file doesn't include a fire shader.
The blackbody temperature is busted on the file I downloaded and the only way that seemed to work was dialing it way up to around 45,000 k. Also set the volume density to 0 because the smoke doesn't look right (the images don't show smoke so it's alright).
The .vdb files themselves are alright and look good once you work a shader out. Seller was helpful about additional information on the file and replied promptly.
