Hello Spenser. I looked up Chitubox software. it appears to be used for 3D printing and slicing. the model however is made for rendering graphics, videos, games..etc. so that is probably the reason why it doesn't show the texture detail on this software. if there is a way to ask for money back or for me to reimburse let me know I have no issues with that.

Hi I purchased this earlier today and when I opened it up in Chitubox it didn't have any of the details lie the scrollwork or textures. I'm new to this so I apologize if I've done something wrong.
