The intended use for these models and their textures is first person shooters. Polycount is similar to current-gen games like Far Cry or Call of Duty. You will get 4K, 2K and 1K textures depending on your needs to decide for yourself. After importing the model and textures into the target engine, you need to follow the official engine documentation on how to set up the material. Rigging, animation and sound are not included.
