The Zenitco B-11 and B-12 combination is a high-quality rail system designed specifically to modernize the compact AKS-74U platform. The B-11 serves as the lower handguard , replacing the standard wood or polymer stock to provide Picatinny rails on the bottom and sides for grips and flashlights. The B-12 is a specialized upper mount that attaches directly to the B-11's side rails rather than the gas tube, creating a stable bridge over the top of the barrel. Because the B-12 bolts to the rigid lower handguard, it offers a secure zero-holding platform for small red dot sights that is unaffected by gas tube vibration. Together, this setup transforms the AKS-74U Krinkov into a modular system capable of supporting modern tactical accessories without significantly altering the weapon's compact profile.
