Mostly useless if you cant import it into its native software. Both exchange formats lack in UV's for important objects, like the plants. So you cant recreate the texturing by hand. Not all textures included.

Can't recommend. Model itself is fine, but: no mtl file for obj included, which renders the obj useless in the end. fbx also with no textures. I wanted to use it for arnold anyways so i knew i had to redo most of the materials, but not even all textures are included. for example the opacity-maps for the blurred windows are not included.

The fbx and obj did not have textures assigned, I bought a completely gray 3d model without textures, and without knowing where to put those present in the folder. I wrote to the seller who completely ignored me. I do not recommend this seller.
