most of the assets in the model are uv unwrapped and textured ,some of them are procedurally textured and it is made in blender 2.8 it includes apples,pancakes,sink,and various assets

the model is properly composited using the denoising data method so that we can achieve high quality renders in less samples

it is also modelled in order to reduce the render times

this also contains animation with 8different camera moves

you can just go on to put the render of the animation

some of the showcase antiques are procedurally textured and the textures are not baked so that u can change a few sliders and come up with new textures

it has a.blend file of 2.8 version and an fbx file and a zipped folder of all the texure maps including the hdri map

most of the assets that are in the model could be used in your other projects
