NEGATIVE- If you are buying this for C4D then you will probably enjoy the scene a lot. I bought this scene for Blender though. The textures are not set up for Blender. So if you have limited knowledge of Blender materials then you are going to be left with out a proper scene. POSITIVE- If you understand materials in Blender then you will end up with a high quality scene. A beautiful semi futuristic architecture. With incredible designs throughout this room. From the curved sofa to the elegant reclining chairs by the pool to the wonderful ingress sofa design. If you are a Cinema 4D user this scene will probably be just what you need. For Blender though. The .Blend file tag should be taken away until it has a proper material set up. You're better off downloading the FBX format, importing that into blender, and then using PBR textures to bring the scene to life.

Very good model and design, unfortunately there is not .max format which I would need and is most commonly used for archviz. Exchange files were not of great help given that they do not include everything one would need. Again, very good model and design, however it wasn't of much use to me.
