For the hair and fur modifier to work correctly, open the Environment and Effects window, select hair and fur in the Effects tab, and select geometry in the Hair settings below.

The FBX and OBJ files does not contain the hair and fur modifier on toys. You can configure it using the instructions in the archive. Also, in the FBX file, you need to add the turbosmooth modifier to the wicker parts of the basket.
