In the design of Piet Boon by COCOON bathtubs, the shapes have clear functionality and powerful volumes. The shape of the bathtubs can be described as a rounded rectangle reinforced with an ergonomic organic shape on the inside. The double edging on the marble version ensures that the solid wood accessory shelf can be accurately positioned. The shelf rests on the inner edge of the tub and runs parallel to the highest outer edge of the tub. A solid solid surface bathtub has a single edge rather than a double edge, so the shelf rests on the edge of the bathtub. The conscious choice was made to increase the size of the bathtubs, resulting in a very spacious and comfortable bathtub. Wide surfaces enhance the appearance of the bathtub, both in solid natural stone and in a version with a solid and solid surface.
