this is an unreal 4.27 project containing everything you see in the video. it is well optimized and runs smooth as silk. just double click on the exe file and it opens right up. if you want, you can easily export all the items shown as fbx files and use them in any other project. all textures and materials are inside the project. if you want to migrate the content folder into your project that just takes a few seconds. if you need ANY help....just give me a holler.
