Designed to be low poly for games but still look good, comes with collision detection using basic box colliders which can be editted in unity. The model has 3 seperate objects which means the hoarding could be moved independently and used elsewhere. just remove the ambient occlusion channel from its material settings so you dont get weird pre-baked shadows.
