PBR Chemical Barrel Game Asset With LODs

-This asset contains 1 model of a chemical barrel with 2 LODs and 12 texture variations. -Includes clean/new and worn material variants, suitable for realistic industrial scenes or post-apocalyptic environments.

-Asset contents:

  • Native .blend file [There are 2 collections (layers), one containts the 3 LOD objects with one material applied, the other contains 12 objects with all 12 texture variations applied]
  • FBX file of each LOD (LOD0, LOD1, LOD2) [exported coordinates are Z = up ; -X = forward, no materials applied]
  • OBJ file of each LOD (LOD0, LOD1, LOD2) [exported coordinates are Z = up ; -X = forward, 1 material applied]
  • FBX file of base mesh (not triangulated, quad only)
  • OBJ file of base mesh (not triangulated, quad only)
  • Archived Main_Material_Clean_textures folder in 7z-format

-Asset structure:

  • .blend scene contains 3 LOD objects (triangle topology) with same material applied in one collection, and 12 objects (quad topology) with 12 materials, one for each variation. The second collection is hidden in viewport.
  • All textures are packed in the .blend file, no need to setup the materials from scratch.
  • The .blend file also has a world node setup for HDRI lighting with single color background, however an HDRI imageis not included here, you will have to place your own image into the environment texture node and you are set.
  • Each FBX and OBJ file is consisted of only one object, FBX's have no materials applied, OBJ's have 1 material applied.

-Mesh information:

  • Quad and Triangle topology only, no N-gons
  • Base mesh (LOD0) has 2960 triangles and 1500 vertices
  • LOD1 mesh has 1760 triangles and 900 vertices
  • LOD2 mesh has 720 triangles and 372 vertices

-Material information:

  • Blender model has 12 materials (1 for each texture variation). You can modify this easily to the number you need.
  • There are 5 main textures of the cleaner variant and 5 for grunged old variant (albedo, roughness, metallic, normal, AO)
  • There are also 5 albedo only variants of the cleaner version, and 5 more for grunged version
  • There are 6 main textures for unreal engine 4 as well, 3 for each variant
  • Total of 12 albedo textures, 2 roughess, 2 metallic, 2 normals, 2 AO's (plus UE4: 2 albedo's, 2 OcclusionRoughnessMetallic, 2 normals)
  • OpenGL and DirectX normals are both included.
  • All textures are of 4k resolution and .png format

-UV mapping:

  • Manually unwrapped UV's, no overlaping.

-Intended use for the model:

  • The model is designed for games and vr/ar, with pbr engines. It can also be used in renders for medium to far shots.

-Preview renders info:

  • Model is rendered in blender 2.8 with Evee rendering engine. The results you get may be different depending on the rendering engine used.
