-About the model:

  • This model is designed for use in archviz and renders.
  • This model is built using real world scale.

-Model contents:

  • 3 Native .blend files with no modifiers, base mesh only.
  • 3 OBJ files with no modifiers, base mesh only.
  • 3 FBX files with no modifiers, base mesh only.
  • ID map for the material is in .zip archive.
  • All texture folders are in .zip archives.

-Model structure:

  • Model named Office_PC(.blend, OBJ, and FBX extensions) consists of only one object.
  • Model named Office_PC_(separated) consists of two objects: Office_PC, and Fan.
  • Model named Office_PC_mats consists of only one ojbect with 14 separate materials, itis meant to be used instead of the ID map, if you need more control over material editing.Please note that textures provided will not work with this version since the materials are named and separated individually.

-Mesh information:

  • Quad topology only (with just 2 triangles), no N-gons.
  • Mesh is fully subdivision-ready.
  • Base mesh has 52554 quads (105108 triangles), and 61977 vertices.

-Material information:

  • Model has 1 material named PC_mat.
  • The material has 6 texture maps: base color, ambient occlusion, metalness, roughness, emissive and normal.
  • All textures are in .png format.
  • Textures come in 1k, 2k, 4k resolutions.
  • No shaders are used in this model, only textures which should be placed in their corresponding places (.blend nativefiles have textures already packed and placed in their slots, no need to do extra work if using blender).
  • Office_PC_mats files have 14 materials named logically for easier editing (if needed).
  • Textures will not work with Office_PC_mats model files.

-UV maps information:

  • Manually placed UV seams, conformal unwrap with no overlaping.

-Intended use for the model:

  • The model is designed for renders and archviz specifically.
  • The model cannot be used in games without considerable modifications/editing due to high poly count.
  • The model cannot be used for mobile games without considerable modifications/editing.
  • The model cannot be 3D printed without major modifications which would take a lot of time.

-Preview renders info:

  • Preview Images were rendered using subdivison modifier and 4k textures.
  • Model is rendered in blender 2.92.0 with Cycles rendering engine, each image is marked in the bottom right corner with the name of the rendering engine and modifiers used.
  • The results you get may be different depending on lighting and rendering engine you use.
  • Lighting was done using internal custom lighting setup in blender, which is NOT included with the model.
  • You get a clean scene with only the model in it, no lights, planes or cameras.
