This is a complete, highly detailed modular industrial environment.The environments shown in previews are all included.

The design this was inspired by Kawasaki factory area structures that are popular for night scenery cruises in Japan. It is now possible to create this environment with using these assets.

• Small industrial props such as barrels, pallettes, industrial waste containers, catwalks, airducts.
• Ground and fence elements.
• Several highly detailed industrial machines with high quality.
• Modular fence elements are high poly geometry designed for nanite, individual links being modeled as geometry, not opacity texture.
• Most of the assets are ready for lightmap baking. Bake-ready static lighting map is included.

Technical Details

• Professional quality hand created assets with clean UVs. This allows clean lightmap bakes.
• Master materials with parametrized adjustments.
• Collisions included.
• Vertex animated industrial fans included, as well as blinking tower lights.

File formats included:

• Unreal Engine 5.4.4 project file.
• Please note that lightmap cache is not included, to conserve bandwidth. But the lightmap bake was tested.

Note:

• Interiors of the structures are not included.
• Although there is no particular issue using the assets for games, it should be noted that these are more designed to be used for cinematics or purely visual assets.
