I imported the FBX and linked all the files, but a file named BODY.PSD was not found. It's not included in the downloads. And the escalator has none of the detail shown in the picture above. See my link for a pic of what it looks like in Blender. https://gyazo.com/8ddb56906ce04eb5d80a9a81d6849f93

oh, please use "body_diffuse.tga" which is included in place of "Body.psd"

It's a nice looking escalator. All the textures are there, but some of them have file paths to files on the creator's machine. It's all one piece, including the steps, so it takes a lot of work to take it apart for animation.
