DESCRIPTION

Lithium battery equipment, its function is to transfer the cells to the pre-welding position of the tabs, and perform the pre-welding of the positive and negative electrodes of the tabs. After the pre-welding is completed, the tabs will be dust-removed and insulation resistance tested. If it is a defective product, it will pass the bad product directly. The manipulator goes down to the defective product to convey the belt and output, and the good product continues to transfer to the next station, fix the cover plate on the fixture, and position it, and weld the cover plate. After the welding is completed, perform welding on the cover plate. Flatten the burrs and vacuum, bend the tabs of the battery cells, attach the tab protection glue, and the battery holders. After completion, the battery cores will be taken out of the fixture by the unloading manipulator and transferred to the shell. The material pulling belt and the welding fixture are reflowed to the initial station through the double-layer conveyor pulling belt, and the batteries are cyclically clamped to complete the pre-welding, dust removal, insulation resistance test, cover welding, dust removal, tab bending, and paste protection Gluing, mounting cage and other processes.
