This time I uploaded Scissor Lift Table, mostly this use for Industrial use, but it can be useful your events and exhibitions also, with this you have 1 more benefit that is you can get Chair or say caster wheel, after little bit scaling you can use it for chair or another table project.

my native Application is 3ds max 2022 and v-ray 5 so I converted it to other formats for your convenience, I attached V-ray 5 texture files also.

I try to make it with minimum poly and all are quads with maximum details.
