Inverted Electromagnetic Cylinder - Concept

one cylinder head in the center contains several magnets, one positive [red up and down] in the core and 6 negative [blue] in the mantle of the cylinder shape. also there are 6 negative magnets fixated in the sides of the cylinder head. the cylinder head contains 8 discharge spikes, that repel or attracts the cylinder head to and from the top and bottom of the cylinder itself. once the cylinder head nears the top a positive charge is given to repel the cylinder head, moving it back down again as well as gravity in some cases depending on the orientation of the cylinder in space.

the top has a coil and the lower top has a hemispherical discharge area, allowing for electrons to jump between round and soft, or round and sharp. the sequence or timing of charging and discharging have to be reversed for the top and bottom half, the cylinder head allowing for discharging the charge between top and bottom.

the outer 6 magnets and the circle of rectangular magnets also both attract, and repel each other, on all 360 degrees of sides, allowing for the cylinder head to be attracted to its outer wall, but is also at the same time repelling the outer wall, keeping it suspended and without any friction as the cylinder head is kept in the exact center magnetically. a push and a pull working together, centering the cylinder head moving charges between two locations, that either repel or attract in a timed fashion, maximizing efficiency.

one could connect axis performing work on all 4 sides of the cylinder. it might work a little more efficiently when placed on its side in space, or when multiple cylinders are used, under a specific angle.
