Hello, This is a 3d model for small scale concrete block machine with realistic dimensions. I modelled this using the solidworks software and while referring to an 8 inch or 400mmx200mmx200mm concrete block. The machine makes two solid concrete blocks at a time but it can be adjusted to make hollow blocks as well. Concrete block machines work by vibrating and compacting concrete mix in a given mould into to form a dense or solid block therefore factors like vibration and compaction are key inorder make good concrete blocks besides having a proper concrete mix. Additional attention is also needed on the precision on the block machine, factors like wearing of parts can change the overall accuracy of a machine, therefore for improved machine lifespan lubrication and use of proper bushing is required. Consideration is also needed for proper working height inorder to cater for the comfort of the user will operating the machine.
