Fully automatic INLINE labeling machine SMT automatic labeling machine Conveyor belt: used to transport the products to be labeled and labeled products. Labeling host: used to drive the entire roll of labels and peel off the individual labels to supply products. It is composed of stepping motor, polyurethane sub-marking wheel, standard output disc, guide shaft, brake mechanism, standard measuring mechanism, standard stripping plate, synchronous standard receiving mechanism, lifting mechanism and front and rear adjustment mechanism. Labeling position adjustment: It is used to control product labeling at different heights and the labeling of the left and right positions of the product. The hand wheel drives the labeling main board to move up and down and back and forth to control the position of the label board, so as to adjust the labeling degree and the front and rear position. Power control: used for main power switch and control and indicating power. Man-machine interface: used to control the automatic running program. On the man-machine interface, some actions can be controlled separately, and various labeling operating parameters can be set, stored, and read on the man-machine interface. Brushing device: used for product labeling The brush brushes the label flat on the surface of the product. Host electrical box: used to install the main electrical control components of the equipment, such as stepper motor driver, stabilized power supply, conveyor motor inverter, program controller (PLC), etc.
