Introduction

Action description of the LED shell dispensing, detection and pressure holding equipment (already produced):

  1. Enter the assembly station through the indexing plate;
  2. Manually load the LED Tray into the equipment through the Tray feeding cylinder;
  3. X, Y modules are equipped The Z-axis cylinder picks up the LED in the Tray, rotates (the rotation is at the same angle as the assembly station) and moves to the position where the CCD module is photographed and positioned relative to the assembly station;
  4. The module moves to the assembly station, and the Z-axis cylinder cooperates with the buffer to assemble the LED.
  5. The unloading module moves the assembled HSG to 10Pcs in the pressure holding fixture.
  6. The cylinder feeds and discharges the pressure holding fixture into the pressure holding station, and the pressure holding cylinder works;
