DESCRIPTION

This system is dedicated to the automatic feeding, conveying and orientation sorting of stepped cylindrical workpieces, with its 3D model constructed in SolidWorks 2020. It integrates a high-efficiency auto-feeder that delivers workpieces to the belt conveyor, which then transports them stably to the sorting station on the vibratory bowl feeder.

At the sorting station, a precision detection module identifies the orientation of the workpiece steps in real time. Workpieces with incorrect step directions are swiftly rejected by a pneumatic push rod, while those with qualified orientations are smoothly transferred to the next processing station. The mechanism ensures high sorting accuracy and continuous operation, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing manual intervention for stepped cylindrical part processing lines.
