This is a hand-held device that is made to be used for crushing small ice blocks at home. To use it, one has to open the lid, put the ice blocks inside, and close the lid. The ice blocks slide to the bottom due to the spiral inside. Then, all one has to do is rotate the upper body (blue part) in clockwise direction by using the white knob on top of the lid. The blade at bottom cuts the ice blocks into smaller pieces which then fall down through the cavity near the blade.
