This asset is part of the SHC Double Mansion pack. All assets in that pack are low poly and designed with the same level of detail, render settings and materials.
Technical details:
-UVmapped: Next to the main material channel is a second UVmap channel, optimised for baked lightmaps, but can also be used for scratches/dirt/custom textures.
-Textures are added to the file folder.
-Materials including shaders are available in the blender file (roughness is generated with the materials texture file)
-Blender file is ready to render: you only have to position the camera to get the same results as the images (with the empty background) on this page.
-All files are exported with default blender settings
-All images are rendered with Blender Cycles
