The armchair is closely modelled off this Theodore Buttoned Armchair sold here: https://www.librainteriors.com/shop/furniture/occasional-dining-chairs/occasional-chairs/theodore-buttoned-armchair-in-warm-grey-fabric/ Every texture has been made from scratch through a mix of procedural texturing and texture painting to resemble the original to a high degree, additionally the scale of the model is almost identical to the scale of the original measuring 0.805 m (or standard units) across, 0.873 m tall and 0.882 m deep.
The sofa is based of this real-world furniture item: https://www.homesdirect365.co.uk/theodore-large-buttoned-sofa-in-warm-grey-fabric-p82845 and has been textured through a similar process, additionally, the scale of the model is almost identical to the scale of the original too with a 2cm error margin measuring 2.000 m across, 0.893 m tall and 0.882 m deep.
The underlying mesh of each model has been modelled in quads meaning they can maintain their shapes after being subdivided without causing graphical errors. These models are not completely subdivision ready, depending on the type of subdivision operation used, some edges may need to be creased.
