The has 30 types of wood to change to, an the ends are leather, but they could be cloth. There are two version of this bed and one has a slit top to show the cloth rotting at the wood beams.The standard bed as a sub-surface face so you can make it rise out to make a logo or something. There is one on the head board and one on the foot board. If you remove the texture make that will disappear in a render. I think it is very close to the surface so it might need the same wood grain to hide it better.

You can remove the cover so you can use your own blanket for rendering cloth drape with a character in bed. You can move each part, like take the pillows of. I used cloth drape in the blanket to drape it on the bed so that blanket is dynamic along with the drapes straps, and top cloth.

The picture with a brown background was imported and rendered in Daz Studio 4.10 Pro. So, it show a better render. The UV Maps were laid flat and the lines of the wire frame are straight lines, to make it easy to use any image.
