This 147-meter-tall office tower with 34 floors was designed when I was 17 years old as part of my early architectural vision focused on vertical urban density.
The project features a strong contrast between the upper glass volume and the stepped podium base. The warm-toned lower structure creates a bold geometric composition that anchors the tower to the street, while the sleek grid façade above reinforces a modern corporate identity.
The stepped massing generates a dynamic silhouette, breaking the monotony of a traditional box tower and adding architectural character to the skyline. The grid curtain wall system expresses structure and rhythm, creating a timeless high-rise aesthetic suitable for a financial or business district.
At 17, 3D modeling was not just a technical exercise for me. As a deaf teenager who experienced a solitary childhood, I dedicated myself completely to designing cities and skyscrapers. Architecture became my way of communicating ideas, ambition, and imagination.
This tower represents that stage of passion, focus, and creative intensity.
