The Silverpoint tower built in 1988 is located in Main Beach on the Australian Gold Coast. This is a residential high-rise building which rises to 95 m for a total of 32 floors. This is a white concrete structure for a modern architecture.

The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and available to be exported in KMZ to be used on most of GIS (as Google Earth or ESRI).
