Modular pirate island optimized for games !

The kit provides all the props you need to create a complete pirate island from scratch, including interior and exterior, ship, fort and water. Assets are optimized for games with Lods and collisions (custom, auto generated and complex)

Two showcase maps are provided (night and day ).

Materials are easily customizable, various have rgb mask to tweak colors !

Vertex painting is enable on bricks to add moss.

Be sure to enable distance fields in order to make water work fine.
