The Bamboo Bed Hut was created for the SubDiv purpose (most of its elements). Perfectly suits Hawaiian beaches, ocean coasts, and seashores.This is not a low poly version. So consider using in for production purposes only.

The Hut comes in 3 variations: bed + umbrella, open bed, and only umbrella (render 4). Thus, can be used in multiple scenes for multiple purposes.

The initial polycount is: poly - 865.998 and verts - 1.131.966 from which‏‏‎

• ‏‏‎ roof leaves: p. 266.864 / v. 453.846
• towel: p. 84.845 / v. 94.446‎
• ‎pineapple: p. 47.590 / v. 38.491

Every object in the scene has its proper UV (mixed).The textures (.jpeg) varies from 2048x2048 to 4096x4096.Here you find Diffuse, Gloss, Reflection, IOR, Opacity, Height, Normal and Displacement maps (for V-Ray)

The size of the maps varies from 2048x2048 to 4096x4096 so it cam be easily reduced according to your needs

Smooth modifer in .max file is turned of, in others - absent. *don't forget to turn on VRayDisplacementModifer for extra details for sand area and rope

**NOTE: in order to reduce the file size I deleted 3 of 4 rope nets (under the roof), for close-up renders simply duplicate the next and rotate it (its pivot has already been positioned correctly)
