Town Hall buidling and many more that can be built with this set of unique 24 urban building elements set. Scene conatins already built town hall from parts as an insiration and ready to use. The parts in this bulding are not collapsed to make it optimal in using Occlusion Culling.
Ready town hall has about 22.717 vertices. It's entirery build with elements that are part of this set.There are 3 only three materials and 2 of them are easy to recolor in Unity or UE since they are tilable textures. The roofing and doors/windows are on separate texture.Textures are on .png format : Bricks - 1024x1024, StoneMarble 512x512, Roofing and Widows - 1024x1024
