Modeled to Scale and Dimensions: 196'x196' Pad (60mx60m), Building: 147'x147' Base, 172' High -Signage Included, text can be changed to any name and font in 3ds Max -Building has 24' First Floor and 11' all other floor. The building tapers as it goes up until the 8th Floor. -Entry has a double door with a entry canopy. -Materials are Concrete, metal panels, Curtain Walls -Glass reflections may have to be adjusted based on scene. Glass is set to a golden glass.

Modeled in 3ds Max, Rendered using Vray and HDRI sky.
