The high-quality 3d model of a office building, along with several surrounding buildings.

The whole scene contains 41133 polygons, of which 25740 polygons belong to the main building, and all others to adjacent homes and the sidewalk.

In the 3ds Max and Modo files, I used instances for intermediate floors, so the model of the main building contains 12847 polygons.

The 3ds Max scene include V-Ray materials (only for main building) and ready to render.

The Modo scene include materials - walls, windows and metallic elements, - only for main building.

The OBJ archive contain models and .mtl file for easy re-create materials in other application.

All models are similar in size to real-world objects.
