A very large garden bed that holds benches and a fire pit. It is well-suited for large properties, such as a college campus or an estate. I've included the base mesh as well for you to add custom materials. This object is not game ready, but it is able to be converted.

Disclaimer #2: The original file was made in Blender. The FBX and OBJ meshes should work fine, but I can make no promises about the textures/materials. You may or may not need to do more texturing work if you use those files.
