Hey I hope you can use this. I needed a swinging door dryer vent rain cover. I created this in Blender and printed it. (STL version also availalble). Feel free to thicken up a bit (easier than taking away material) depending on your material and rigidity. Paint also plays a role in how it will hold up over the years.
