It is soon to come that all houses would be powered by alternative energy! Anyway, this house is a solar powered house with a group of PVs on the roof! It is built of sustainable materials like fiberglass, cement siding, and corrigated metal finishes. The house does have a minimal wood frame and some heavy wood structure for the living sector of this home. It features traditional elements as well as modern contemporary elements. Like the comforts of your average home, it features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open living-kitchen-dining setup, a loft, and lots of closet space. The house features skylights for both bathrooms and the little hallway. The living room has a passive solar advantage with large windows, three sliders, and a giant overhang! There is a small yard (complemented by a decorative contemporary fence) on account that this is a house designed for a particular lot. I designed it specificly for that lot, which was quite small. Actually, the house itself is under 1800 square feet. This is a house all can enjoy. It is perfect for any starter or retirement home. How about a solar home all your life?
