Old Brick House Low-poly 3D model

This package contains a high quality, game ready, 2 story house model that comes with a bonus attic that can be accessed using the stepladder. The models are using PBR textures. If you're unsure what this means, the models' texture work is likely not compatible with your target renderer - traditional gloss/spec maps are NOT included!

The house consists of several submeshes (walls, floors, ceilings, etc.) Doors are pivoted properly for animations. Small props are provided, such as curtains with poles, doors, exterior parts. Please refer to the screenshots.

The polygon count indicated refers to the fully assembled house with several lamps, ivy decals, doors, curtains together.

Available formats: .FBX, .OBJ The package is also available in 3DS Max 2017 format. (Note: For editing not rendering, textures aren't assigned, nor compatible with Max renderers!)

Texture maps provided: Basecolor, Metallic, Roughness, Normals, AO, opacity, Emission (latter 2 where applicable. Note: If no metallic map is provided, set the metallic value to zero.) Resolutions: 2048x2048 (crisp clear from close-up) Format: lossless .PNG

Assembly in your target renderer/engine:

• Materials conveniently match the name of texture maps that should be assigned to.
• Most materials are tiling ones, multiply UV tiling as desired. (eg. carpet 15, kitchen tiles 5, etc.)
