Great job! You are the God of modeling! One thing confuses me. The model is made as if it was built yesterday/today. Very neat and without flaws. This does not happen in life. Yes? I'm sorry! I wish you success, prosperity and good luck in sales!

Overall a very nice model, easy to use, well worth the money. :)
A small thing to note - specifically for anyone considering to buy it for scenes with people: While at a distance it looks to scale, if you wish to place people into the scene, it becomes clear that the proportions are off, particularly the various stairs around the building, and some of the doors.

Good model suitable for medium or long shots; probably one of the best models of its kind in the sub 100 dollar category. Easy to load into Cinema 4D and adapt for use with Redshift (there are relative few textures to contend with). Some materials would benefit from a PBR workflow.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the creator has proven to be helpful with information (even prior to the purchase).
