This model can be viewed from the outside and from 2 interior bar areas and from the stabling at the back.There is also a modelled street and outer monument

I have broken the model up into 3 main parts.

Main pub and all propsLandscapeOuter props

The model is heavy in terms of textures as there are 4k images for all elements, including colour, bump, normal, roughness, etc. These may not be desired or necessary on all model parts. The main model will therefore be slow to open. I have removed normal, bump and roughness wherever possible to speed up loading time but all these textures are available for all elements

In terms of poly count the main model with all furniture and props is 879 680 . Verts 831 522Landscape is 11 164 - this will need grass adding in selected rendererOuter props model is heavy - this is due to the hay piles which consist of actual straws - 911 678 polysThe hay master - used in the replicator are also included

UDIMS are not used on this model
