African Village Low-poly 3D model

Hello everyone! - Magnificent assets! But as I want to use them for Unreal 5.1.1, and not above, I was forced to go through Blender to separate each Assets in fbx as well as materials, to be usable in Unreal 5.1!. - Bonjour à toutes et tous! Magnifiques assets ! Mais comme je veux les utiliser pour Unreal 5.1.1, et non au dessus , j'ai été obligé de passer par Blender pour séparer chaque Assets en fbx ainsi que les materials, pour les soient utilisables dans Unreal 5.1!

Decent models and i'm excited to use them in my projects. wireframes are pretty messy and dense (which is understandable.. they're scans after all) but it would have been nice to see them before purchasing (which is probably why they aren't shown. it definitely would have made me think twice about purchasing)
