From a texture and compositional point of view, the models are excellent. However, it uses some unconventional rigging standards, which while it works just fine to run Unity Mecanim, it requires bones to be readjusted and all related animation files as the rotation of bones are all Vector3.zero this makes adding ragdoll and hitboxes a nightmare.
Another issue with the model is that rigged mesh is subdivided into around 12 objects and it uses 3 materials, so I had to merge the meshes as it just increases draw call for no real good reason.
I really wish that this author considers working with industry standard rigging, or at least provide one. It just takes away from the general quality of the asset. Hope this helps.
