Doesn’t work. Tried to get help with customer service and still no go. I tried every possible file but I get the same error code. Tried for a refund but still customer service states it’s not their fault and it should work. Even with proof that it doesn’t, they still insist it should work and take 1-2 business days to reply so it will be past your refund policy time. So for anyone reading this review, I loss so you guys could save your time and money.
Update: The creator of this model did his best and went above and beyond to try and fix my issues. Even if this didn’t work out on my end, at least the owner tried everything possible to help out versus CGtrader themselves. Please continue to support this guy as he knows what customer service is all about.
