It is a mini city which has a 4x4 grid plan system with roads. (125m x 125m , 1 unit = 1 meter)

It has different, modern and unique building types such as offices, banks, residences, villas, hostels, cultural centers, gas station, cafeteria. And these all have different types of architectural facades and roofs. It can be used for mini games like simcity.

It has also greenful park and mini lake.

It contains:

BUILDINGS

• 5 office buildings (skyscraper, etc)
• 4 residantal buildings (villa, hostel, dormitory etc)
• 2 cafeteria and restaurant buildings
• 1 bank building
• 1 gas station
• 2 green areas (mini lake and park (containing benchs, fountain, sidewalks, grasses, rocks etc.))

CARS

• 3 different lowpoly cars: dodge viper, jeep and hyundai

Also it has some another goods:

• traffic lights
• benchs
• swing
• flowerpots
• table and chairs
• trash

The model have realistic, different, seamless textures: asphalt, sidewalk, roof, granite, grass, wooden etc.

I used Rhinoceros 6 for renders because my graphic card is a bit slow :)
