DESCRIPTION

Electro Mechanical Tail - [Aero] Nautical Propulsion - Concept.

A simple setup of a steel rod being pushed and pulled back and forth electrically, using coils that push and pull electromagnets. to the rod is connected a slightly compressed aerodynamic spherical shape, which is easily moved back and forth, along with the rod. if pushed, the shape pushes and compresses water or air into the stator, which is then aimed backwards at a rubber tail, able to in turn move back and forth, attached to the compressed central moving shape. by powering both sides in turn we get a push and a pull in between the stator shape, pushing air in a certain direction, namely backwards along the tail, for the tail to then push it along again mechanically.

each cycle compresses air into one of the two air chambers, then being led backwards, creating a push, a propulsion. the tail moves with the shape left to right, but is also pushed against, or along to change to the opposite direction, completing the back and forth cycle with a slightly bending rubberish or semi flexible tail. depending on need we can make the entire contraption waterproof, perhaps scale it down and repeat many times in a larger system.
