# Triad of Semi Conductor Principles - Concept 3D model

Description

Micro Electro Magnet - Micro Logic Rectifier - Micro Pot-meter - Triad of Semi Conductor Concepts.

basically an extended electro magnet, a cylinder drawn as a rectangle, serving as our substrate, same polarity extended, to extend the electro magnetic system on a chip, allowing us to insert a third, centered and inverted, flattened snakelike coil winding motive, actually simulating a 3D electromagnet, on a ultra flat 2D surface. if we draw a inductor coil, top view, we still get the electro magnetics workings, as no object is actually truly 2D, flat. even chips have layers and thickness, even transistors are not truly 2D.

if we make the source and collectors, flat like transistors, and of different semi conducting materials etc., we can even subtract a true magnetic signal, coming from the magnetic flattened coils as normal. we can also make them the base material fully, using two inverted, mirrored coils, forcing a polarity on the micro systems output.

i also created a micro logic rectifier out of semi conductors. we create a Quadro loop, from sets of semi conductors, so that we can either drain on a outer drain location, which is also looped back to the center drain in reality, to create a checks and balances loop, normally used to create dc electricity from ac electricity.

here i use the rectifier loop, to allow for different outputs, if we give all pairs different resistances for instance. if we had a single north, center drain, and thin lines around it in a 360 circle with variable thicknesses, it could serve as a micro pot-meter as well. we can separate output to cardinal directions, or can have half the directions be electrically guided, and the other lateral half be magnetically received. all on the micro scale, tile-able, repeatable, segments, compartments, modular function.

if we had a single north, center drain, and thin lines around it in a 360 circle with variable thicknesses, it could serve as a micro pot-meter as well.
