This is a Morph for Genesis 2 Female in DAZ Studio 4.6Hair is not included. To use it you have to download DAZ Studio (it's free), extract zip file to your public documents folder. Start DAZ and search for Effy in Genesis 2 characters. You can change between three TinyBody types as well in actor morphs category. You can load genesis 2 as well and apply morphs from Actor category, but you will get bad armpits, because of standard weight maps in genesis 2. I suggest loading Effy Actor for best results. Zbrush 4r6 sculpt included, with Genesis 2 basmesh (GoZ linked with DAZ).

I was asked by few users what did I mean by bad armpits, I meant that if you load Genesis 2 Female and apply Effy morphs, DAZ will use standard weight maps which don't fit to smaller chest size and some vertices will be pushed in wrong places inside the body.
